Captain Paul Clarke
Paul grew up in Australia and at a very young age he became a world renown professional sailor. He went on to compete in several prestigious races such as the Junior Olympic sailing team, Sydney to Hobart and two America's Cups. His successful sailing career steered him towards the yachting industry where he continues to excel as a Captain. He has worked on a number of yachts ranging from 250 feet power yachts to captaining 100foot sailing yachts. Paul has extensive knowledge of the Bahamas, Mediterranean, Caribbean and New England areas. He works hard to provide a professional, safe yet relaxed environment aboard The Lady J to ensure an unforgettable experience. When there are no guests a board Paul enjoys cycling, scuba diving, kite surfing, photography and enjoying the great areas the yacht takes him.

First Mate: Ren Thomson
Originally from Australia, Ren holds Bachelor Degrees in Marine Science/Conservation and Tourism from Murdoch University, Western Australia, as well as a Master of Yachts 200 ton license. He has traveled extensively along the Eastern Seaboard of the USA, the Caribbean, England, and the Mediterranean. The mega yacht industry is a perfect synergy for him as he has been actively involved in marine sports and leisure his entire life. While not entertaining charter guests, Ren enjoys traveling, board sports and all water sports, basketball, Australian Rules Football, music, meeting new and interesting people.

Stewardess Sara Hill
Sara was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL growing up on the water and on boats. After 15 years as a competitive gymnast, Sara went on to the University of Mississippi where she received her degree in Sports Medicine. She began her yachting career as a personal trainer and has moved on to work on a number of yachts throughout the world. Her hard work and dedication as a chief stewardess shows in her high level of silver service and immaculate care of the yacht in order to provide the most comfortable and memorable experience aboard The Lady J. In her free time, Sara enjoys yoga, cycling, photography and scuba diving.
