The Crew of Lady J welcomes you onboard. Captain Paulo, Chef Lizzie Stewardess Kelly & First Mate Al. Overall, the crew has over 20 years collective experience in the charter yacht business. Whether you desire an active, adventuresome trip or prefer a quiet, relaxing vacation we are here to attend to your needs and make your charter yacht experience fabulous! Captain Paulo Guedes
Paulo began his yachting career at the age of 17 on commercial dive vessels in Australia and has since gained extensive experience in the Luxury yachting industry. More recently Paulo, together with his wife Elizabeth Hall, ran a number of charter yachts in the Mediterranean including Jacaranda Bleu & Mimi La Sardine. Paulo and Lizzie have built a strong reputation for running highly successful charters in a professional yet relaxed manner, the past 2 years onboard Lady J cruising the Caribbean, Virgin Islands, Bahamas and New England Coast are no exception with continued superlative feedback from all charter clients. When not chartering Paulo enjoys water sports, snowboarding and seeing family and friends back at home in Australia.

Chef Elizabeth Hall (Lizzie)
Also from Australia and with a strong restaurant background, Lizzie has been working in the yachting industry for a number of years. Lizzie's cooking style is a fusion of east and west and she prides herself on her seafood dishes and sumptuous desserts. So impressed with her cooking, a number of charter guests have offered to fund Lizzie's own restaurant and visitor's comments speak for themselves and highlight the success of her work. In her free time Lizzie enjoys snowboarding, listening to music and experimenting with food artistry.

Stewardess Kelly Clowes
Stewardess Kelly joins The Lady J with a varied background in hospitality. She grew up working within the family hotel business in Far North Queensland, Australia learning and experiencing many aspects of the hospitality industry. Kelly also worked aboard the family charter boat which travelled on The Great Barrier Reef so she feels at home and comfortable catering to guests and ensuring exceptional service with the expertise she has gained over the years. An accomplished massage therapist and personal trainer, Kelly has worked within prestigious hotels and fitness centres in Australia. Kelly is an active person who enjoys keeping fit and healthy, dancing and water sports.

First Mate Al Rosendahl
Raised by Indo Polynesian parents, Al was always intrigued by the stories and lifestyle his parents would share of their life growing up in the tropics. Naturally, it was only a matter of time before he found himself calling the Caribbean home. Having spent over a decade in the Caribbean, he has lived and played in some of the most beautiful places on the planet. A dedicated and professional waterman, he has obtained his Master of Yachts license, logged over 7000 dives as a PADI Instructor, and is a sponsored Kiteboarder and Instructor. Always with a smile, it’s an absolute pleasure to share with you his endless summer, and to make your vacation onboard The Lady J a wonderful, relaxing and memorable break you deserve.
