"The trip was quite simply wonderful. Amazing would be an understatement. Sometimes in life you just get lucky, by choosing LadyJ, my goodness did we get lucky.
I was surprised to hear that many folks chartering exclude yachts over 20 years old. That would seem foolish as they would miss the opportunity to stay on the most delightful, comfortable, well-appointed, luxurious pleasure craft. From the size & comfort of the beds through to the choice of furnishings, it really felt like home-away-from-home. The toys and entertainment options were fantastic, but it was how they were presented, that made our experience on Lady unique.
Lady J’s difference is the team onboard. The staff were second-to none! We wanted for nothing, there was always someone discretely close by and pre-empting our requests; the beach set-up, the toys at the ready, the fishing, the cocktails, and more. The crew's desire to serve and exceed expectations was five-stars, well beyond what I have ever experienced.
I have been in retail and hospitality all my life and I would be very proud if Jarryd and the Lady J staff were one of my teams. Within moments of our arrival they created empathy and established a great relationship with all our group, ensuring they could deliver great service from the get-go. Anthony, our Chef, prepared meals that were just so delicious we felt like constantly indulging in his fabulous creations.
At the closing of our trip we were presented with a short personalized film and set of photos as a memory of our time onboard which was a fantastic enhancement and a lovely way to say farewell.
